Our team is strongly built with 40% of Post Graduates (in Engineering / Project management disciplines) and 80% are Engineering graduates. We ensure that the works are done as per the design standards within the projected budget and time frames with adequate safety measures at site. They follow the same ethics and values that are envisaged by the senior management.

Murali Raju handles the civil and interior finishes for projects at Landbase Consulting. With core civil and interior fit out experience spanning over 26 years in India and overseas, he ascertains and set standards for the building finishes that is required to show off the elegance and aesthetics. He finds the rhythm and speed that is required in the final laps of the project where the fit out works become the toughest task to complete. He also brings in value add by suggesting the right alternative products when cost or schedule become a constraint during the course of the project.

Murali holds a diploma in civil engineeringand Masters in Business Administration. He has worked with BL Kashyap,AA & Associates, Tamir Consultants and Arab Tech Dubai and was involved in the development of various projects like Jumeriah Beach Residency, Burj Dubai, Akshaya, NTPC infrastructure projects and many more to his credit.

Srinivas handles the civil and interior for the projects at Landbase Consulting. He has experience of 28 years in industrial and high rise building with his vast experience and knowldge he overseas the constructability of all phases and identify the bottle necks and risks incured in the process and give approperiate solutions to it.

Srinivas holds Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and MBA. He worked with NCC, IVRCL etc in execution role.

Ramesh spearheads the Engineering Services team and has more than 20 years of experience in contract management of MEP works especially on high value hotel and hospital projects. He takes care of all MEP related works, supported with a team of qualified and experienced Electrical and Mechanical engineers who ensure the right quality materials and workmanship has gone into the project and the standards set by the client, consultants and operators are met without compromise.

Simhachalam handles civil and interiors for projects at Landbase Consulting. He suggest approperiate methodologies for execution of work and coordinate with contractors during execution of work ensuring quality, safety were maintained.

Simhachalam holds bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Simhachalam has 19 years experience , worked with firms including Rajapushpa, Rohan Builders, Shapoorji Pallonji, JMC, IVRCL, Arundhra in execution role.

Uma takes care of the Human Resources and Administration part of our organization. She ensures that the right resources are selected, and inducted in the organization that nurture the culture, values, ethics and integrity above all. She arranges for periodic training by external and internal professionals in the field of management & technology for our team and also takes care of Administrative functions.

Uma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering along with a Masters in Business Administration with Specialization in Human resources from University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.
